1. Refund Eligibility

a. Refunds are applicable under the condition that the digital marketing service has not been initiated by BrandGills within 3 days of the client’s confirmation received on our official email address client@brandgills.com.

b. No refunds will be applicable once the service has been initiated, and work has started by our team.

2. Refund Process

a. Refund for Non-Initiation of Service: If the service has not been initiated within 3 days of the client’s confirmation, the client is eligible for a 100% refund. The refund will be processed on the same payment mode used for the original transaction.

b. Non-Refundable Items: Payments made for services already purchased, including any tools, hosting, domain registrations, or other third-party expenses, are non-refundable.

3. Requesting a Refund

a. Clients may submit a refund request to client@brandgills.com only after 3 days of confirming their project, provided that the service has not been initiated.

b. Refund requests must include the client’s name, project details, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

a. Refunds for non-initiated services will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7-14 business days.

b. The processing time may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution policies.

5. Modification of Services

a. Clients may request modifications to their selected digital marketing services before the initiation of the service.

b. Any modifications requested after the service initiation may not be eligible for a refund.
